Chapter 125 Land Use is an ordinance that regulates land uses, development patterns, and development designs in the Town of Bar Harbor. 

The ordinance delineates zoning districts and identifies dimensional requirements and performance standards to guide development. The Town aims to further smart, inclusive zoning that supports the community’s goals for housing, economic development, social cohesion, and environmental protection.
