The Bar Harbor Town Council has adopted the following amendments to the Town Code:
- Ordinance Amendment #2026-01, an amendment to Chapter 201, Water, to adjust water rate structure and rates. Adopted February 17, 2026; takes effect March 25, 2026.
- Ordinance Amendment #2026-02, an amendment to Chapter 14, Amusements, to update Special Amusement Permit procedures. Adopted March 17, 2026; takes effect April 16, 2026.
