After the Fact Fees

Notes:
The After the Fact fee is charged in addition to the basic fee.

Single family residential shall include no garage apartments or commercial facilities.

Small commercial shall include projects with an estimated construction cost of less than $1,000,000, other than single family residential.

Large commercial shall include projects with an estimated construction cost of $1,000,000 or more, other than single family residential.

In the event of a disputed construction cost, the Town Assessor shall estimate the cost using his standard schedules.
