This permit is required in addition to the building permit application for any projects located within 250 feet, horizontal distance, of the normal high water line of any great pond, river, or saltwater body; within 250 feet of the upland edge of a coastal or freshwater wetland; or within 75 feet of the normal high water line of a stream, regardless of whether it is an interior or exterior project.
The applicant is asked to provide information that will assist the Code Enforcement Officer and/or Planning Board in determining whether the project meets Shoreland Zoning requirements.
