Certain urgent projects may require working at hours other than between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
The Code Enforcement Officer may issue or renew a quiet-hours construction permit only upon finding that the public health and safety will not be impaired by said construction between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., that an urgent necessity exists.
Completion of work below the high tide mark shall be considered an urgent necessity.
All quiet-hours construction permits shall meet the certain provisions.
