Maine Law requires the filing of the Building Demolition Notification Form prior to the issuance of a demolition permit for structures other than single family dwellings.
This completed form MUST accompany the building permit application for demolition.
This form MUST be completed and faxed to the Maine DEP at 207-287-7826.
