Minimum qualifications include: high school diploma or GED equivalent, valid Class B Maine Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a minimum of two years’ experience and a clean driving history, the ability to lift heavy objects and to work in a variety of weather conditions.
The assigned duties include, but are not limited to, snow plowing and removal, patching roads, brush trimming, emptying trash cans, and early morning responsibilities during the warmer months. Standby duty is required during the winter season, and the individual must be on duty within 60 minutes of being notified.
This is a full time, permanent position with competitive wages and benefits package. Applicants who are selected for consideration for this position will complete a pre-employment review to include drug screening analysis, physical examination and background history.
