Residential – Downtown Village II, and permit Veterinary Clinic use in Downtown
Village II for the June 12, 2018 town meeting warrant.
Service Centers Coalition - Possible adoption of a resolution to renew
membership and appoint the Town Manager as representative.

Cruise Ship season by Committee Chair Eben Salvatore and possible motion to
accept and file report.
2. Cruise Ship Tour Bus Policy – Possible
amendments to designate authority for enforcement and amend designated bus
C. Bond for
Ferry Terminal Purchase – Possible
motion to sign the bond Order for the purchase of the ferry terminal property
and place on the June 12, 2018 town meeting warrant.
D. Moratorium: Marijuana – Possible motion to enact emergency marijuana moratorium
E. FY19 Budget – Town Manager’s
introduction to the proposed FY19 Budget.
F. Treasurer’s Warrants – Request of Treasurer to
